Add your company logo to your notes and remove all NoteShred branding, messaging and UI. Company branded notes use a different theme to the main site, styled in a clean, clear format for business use.

Emails and note viewing pages show your logo alongside your user's profile photo, so your customers can identify exactly who is sending the note and which company it's from.

Did someone send that document to the client? Did we receive that login yet? Did John send those details before he went on vacation?

A premium subscription lets everyone on the same plan see each other's activity, so you never have to ask whether a teammate sent that password. See who sent it, when, and whether the client has opened it.

NoteShred is great for sending private information, but what about when you need someone to send it to you? Information requests let you receive information from someone without them needing an account. Think of it like a blank note that you ask someone else to fill in.

Say you need a customer's login details but they don't have an account. Send them a request, which works like a regular note except they fill in the contents. They can attach files too, which are securely uploaded and encrypted alongside the request.

When notes are created, opened, given an incorrect password, or have attachments downloaded, we record the activity and show it in the dashboard under each note.

For business use this is a helpful audit trail of when customers were contacted and whether they opened or downloaded a note. On a premium subscription this history is preserved even after the note's contents are shredded. Deleting a note removes its activity, but shredding a note keeps the activity record.

Sending lots of notes? Requesting lots of information? Premium members have no limits on the notes or requests they can create. Free accounts are limited to 8 notes and 2 requests per month.

Encrypt and attach files up to 25MB on premium, instead of the usual 5MB on free accounts.
